Yes, we deliver nationwide via Royal Mail. UK delivery is included in the price.

Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 24. Most deliveries arrive the next working day, though this is not guaranteed.

Yes! All Cake Cards are designed to fit through standard UK letterboxes, so no one needs to be home to receive them.

Cake slices are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of delivery and stay fresh for up to 5 days when kept sealed in their original packaging.

Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles eggs, milk, gluten, nuts, and soy. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you or the recipient have a severe allergy, we recommend refraining from ordering. Full ingredient and allergen information is available upon request.

Our standard ingredient list includes Wheat Flour (WHEAT), Caster Sugar, Icing Sugar, Eggs (EGG), Unsalted Butter (MILK), Milk (MILK), Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Powder, Sunflower Oil, Golden Syrup, Sour Cream (MILK), and Baking Chocolate (MILK, may contain SOYA).

Please note: We do not offer customisations. All cakes are made to set recipe. While we take great care in preparing your cake, it is produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens including EGG, MILK, WHEAT, and NUTS, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

We strive to exceed customer expectations, even with our letterbox-delivered cake cards. If unsatisfied, we offer a clear refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund: - Full refund for damaged cards. - Refund if the card doesn't match the description or customization. - Per our refund policy, we do not accept returns.

2. Notification Process: - Contact us within 48 hours via email at support@cakesbylyza.com with your order number and issue description. - We ask that all personalizations are provided accurately to ensure they are correct, as we cannot take fault for incorrectly provided information.

3. Return Process: - Securely repackage returns and use a trackable method. - Returns must be initiated within 7 days. - Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.

4. Refund Processing: - Refunds processed after inspection, taking 7-10 business days to reflect. - We will only refund in instances where the card was received damaged. An image will have to be provided as proof.
